Contemporary satire.
Painter. Academic. Teacher.
Current-PGCE
Contemporary satire is a powerful and influential genre that continues to captivate audiences and inspire critical thinking. Its relevance in today's world cannot be overstated. I use my infinite imagination to describe the failings of humankind. The subject matter is drawn from my own auto ethnographic life experiences, and, the absurd dysfunctional episodes within both multinational, multicultural histories, and contemporary colonial west sociocultural absurdities. I am an ambassador for art In all its forms. I am a passionate advocate, promoter, and representative, who asserts to bridge the gap between artistic organisations and the public, driving engagement and fostering appreciation. The extensive research into relational satire and contemporary fine art forms the basis of my pedagogical practice. I translate these complex, conceptual frameworks into accessible, structured teaching workshops, and lectures for post-16 learners, specialising in critical contextual studies, advanced painting techniques, and diagnostic portfolio building.
